Australian partner comes on board!

Customer Radar has reached a great milestone by partnering up with RetailCare and opening an office in South Yarra, Melbourne. This gives existing and prospective clients an Australian office to drop into and talk to us about their CX strategy and implementation of the Customer Radar platform.

Alert email template UPDATE

We have just released an update to the email template which is sent out to user’s email when alert rules are triggered. The new email is now cleaner and makes information easier to glance than the previous template which was quite text-heavy.
