NZ Customer Experience Excellence report

A new study is out by KPMG, studying the top 10 New Zealand brands in customer experience. Customer Radar is proud to work with several brands on this list, including Unichem. Debbie Yardley, Group Manager Customer Experience and Communications at Unichem explains: “Our Living Rewards programme, provides us with insights about our customer’s preferences and purchasing, helping us improve the relevance and personalisation of our communications and offers. We also utilise direct customer feedback via Customer Radar, a real-time customer service tool which gives each pharmacy the opportunity to turn poor interactions into great ones.”

Australian partner comes on board!

Customer Radar has reached a great milestone by partnering up with RetailCare and opening an office in South Yarra, Melbourne. This gives existing and prospective clients an Australian office to drop into and talk to us about their CX strategy and implementation of the Customer Radar platform.

Alert email template UPDATE

We have just released an update to the email template which is sent out to user’s email when alert rules are triggered. The new email is now cleaner and makes information easier to glance than the previous template which was quite text-heavy.
